Rhythm Exercises & Warm-Ups
It is vitally important to warm up the hands, wrists and fingers before playing through pieces of music… and that’s on top of full-body stretches, too! There are many ways of doing this, but the Table Of Time is a great place to start. There are many approaches to the Table Of Time and in this series Ian will share his ideas and approach.
