About Course

Feeling comfortable on stage can be a real challenge for many of us and nothing can emphasise discomfort more than simply walking, moving and shifting instruments in front of an audience.

In this series of lessons, Kerryn takes you through a series of exercises that centre on various movement challenges. Through practicing her Movement Meditation and by concentrating on posture, coordination, weight transfer, strength and control, you will develop physical and mental awareness that will help expressive movement, which can then be applied to your performance.

What Will You Learn?
