About Course

Because playing taiko can involve every part of the body – from the toes, through the legs, pelvis, torso, head, shoulders, arms, hands and fingers – stretching and warming up the body is extremely important before playing. And not to forget warm-downs, afterwards!

In these three sessions, Kerryn builds from a series of standing stretches through floor work and finally to a sequence of aerobic exercises that will really push you. After the final cool-down exercises you’ll be ready for a serious session of drumming!
